Should Hostaway need to designate further sub-processors or make any change to the existing sub-processors, Hostaway will inform the Customer of any intended change with regard to the involvement or replacement of sub-processors in text form at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to such change, giving the Customer the opportunity to object to such change on grounds relating to data protection.
To the extent an intended change is necessary for compliance with any associated laws, the notice period is appropriately shortened. If Hostaway engages a sub-processor to carry out specific Processing activities, Hostaway will impose the same data protection obligations as set out in our Terms of Service.
