Displaying Name of Actual Message Sender

On Airbnb’s side, there is always a primary guest on the reservation, and then sometimes guests will add others from their group to reservation. When those additional guests message us through Airbnb, the message still appears under the primary guest’s name when viewed in hostaway.

To reduce confusion, it would be extremely helpful if Hostaway could:

• Display the actual sender’s name when a message comes from an additional guest
• Or otherwise indicate that the message is coming from someone other than the primary guest
