Changing the order of the Multiunit

If a particular unit under multiunit is out of order or cannot be rented, then the unit has to be deleted. when it is added again, then all of the other units have to be changed again to keep the sequence of the units. There should be a feature that allows a particular unit to be blocked instead of having to be deleted each time.
