Custom Financial Field

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?
I want to request the development of adding a specific internal fee or custom financial field within the reservation system. This feature should allow me to add and monitor the commission rates for different travel agencies without displaying this information to guests. Ideally, it would include a user-friendly interface to select the applicable agency and automatically apply their commission rate during the reservation process.

2.) What problem would this solve for you?
Implementing this feature would help me effectively track and manage different commission rates for each travel agency I work with, ensuring accurate financial oversight. It would eliminate the need for workarounds and prevent guests from seeing potential fees, thus maintaining a clean pricing structure in the guest portal. Additionally, it would streamline the reporting process, making it easier to analyze commissions and manage relationships with travel agencies.

3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?
Currently, I am using coupon codes to represent the commission amounts for each travel agency. However, this method is not ideal, as the commission amount becomes visible to guests on the portal, which can create confusion or dissatisfaction. It also requires manual entry and management of coupon codes for each reservation, leading to potential errors and inefficiencies.
