Shared Host Notes

We'd like to see a more advanced version of host notes that allows multiple team members to contribute comments, feedback, and questions that relate to a reservation. It would be permission based, ideally as a sub setting of modifying reservations. It would solve the problem of organizing activities around reservations with multiple contributors; could be a chat message structure, or a simple log with date/time stamps. Currently we're using WhatsApp, but it fails in organizing around specific properties and reservations.
