Unit Expenses Line Item

As of now we can see Expenses and Extras on Owner Statements ifthey are attached to a reservation. However, being able to add expenses per unit not related to a reservation would be extremely helpful. 

For example, things like unit upgrades, general maintenance, or unit set up.

  Hello,
  This is already possible.
  To include an expense or extra that isn’t tied to a reservation in an owner statement, just make sure that the date and listing or date and owner conditions match between the expense/extra and the owner statement.

  If they match, the item will automatically appear in the Expenses and Extras section when creating or refreshing the statement.
