Automations - Additional Conditions CANCELLATION
We would like to have the ability to send an automated message to a guest that Canceled within X amount of Days or Hours before Check-in.

Isn’t that already a feature? In the Message Automation section, there’s an option to trigger an automated message when a reservation is canceled, either right when it happens or X days/hours after. Might be worth double-checking that setup!

Sorry I meant, within X amount of days to check-in.
For our organization, a guest who cancels 60, 30, 1 day, and 4 hours before Check-in are each handled differently.1
