Interim Cleaning Fee for long stays, added automatically for long stays

I too would recommend and request that the Hostaway software gurus devise a way to identify triggers, such as a stay long enough to require an interim cleaning, that would automatically assess a fee appropriate to the trigger. Currently, I have to contact each guest who booked a long stay to explain to them after they had booked and seen their invoice, that there is an additional fee they must pay. I would prefer they knew up front at the time of booking.

Software to recognize triggers could also solve the problem of cleaning fees for very short stays.
