mobile App - Add expenses and door codes "on the go"

As a PM,  I am constantly buying items for the condos I manage.  To prevent me from forgetting the purchase, I'd like to be abe to add it in my app on my phone rather than have to go back to the office and add the expense. 

If I change the door code at the house, Id like to be able to add it to the app  "on the go" rather than going to the office and adding it.
