Fees Based On Nights Booked

We do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests - that is a cost that we build into our nightly rate. This forces our nightly minimum to not drop below two nights because we would lose money with the rate being less than the cleaning cost.

More and more STRs are moving towards lower or zero cleaning fees. It would be amazing if Hostaway could offer a feature allowing a host to charge a cleaning fee based on the nights booked. For example - I would like to charge a $250 cleaning fee ONLY on reservations for one night. This would allow me to fill orphan nights and increase my occupancy rate and profit.
