Request to Improve Duve Integration – Missing Language Parameter in API
We're currently using the integration between Hostaway and Duve, and we've noticed a limitation that's creating a suboptimal experience for our guests. The language parameter is missing in the Duve API call, which causes Duve to randomly assign a language to each guest instead of using the correct one from Hostaway.
This seems like a simple fix — just adding one more field to the API request — but it hasn't been implemented yet. Could you please let us know why this has not been addressed? And more importantly, would it be possible to include the language field in the integration?
This small improvement would make a big difference in terms of guest experience and automation quality.
