Creating automation for guests that have already stayed with you previously
AnsweredI think it would be a great idea to be able to set-up an automation or trigger that allows hostaway to automatically check if a new guest booking is from a guest that has already stayed with us in the past, then trigger a custom automation thanking them for booking with us again. Essentially, funnel them into a different string of automations based on the condition that they have already stayed with us. Obviously a nice-to-have but still would be a very nice touch as I am sure a lot of Hostaway users get repeat bookings. Right now with the way that our automations are set-up our repeat guests get the same automations everytime and I think that can be improved upon.
