Hostaway Email Alerts - Clicking Reply Adds Guest's Email
I frequently message our guests by replying to the Hostaway New Message Recieved email alert. This occurs when I need to send a hyperlink. When you click reply, it tries to reply to a generic hostaway no-reply email. It would be nice if clicking reply would automatically populate the guest's email. Our previous software automatically did this, as do message alerts from VRBO and Airbnb.

Yes! This is such a time consuming thing to do when replying to guest enquiries. We have to manually copy paste the guest's email address in order to reply.
Also, I wish the enquiry title was something more common, as currently I need to manually change the reply title from "New message from your Hostaway booking engine" to something more appealing for guests.
