product requests

I would like to request 3 different feature requests:

1) Can you please create a feature that supports charging a "per pet" fee, rather than per stay, so that hostaway is not overriding the features that *are* enabled on airbnb and our booking engines.

2) Can you please create a feature that preserves that preparation time or buffer days on either end of a stay, again so that it is not overriding these helpful features that already exist on other channels.

3) Finally, it would be really great if rental agreements could be updated after signing (or re-issued), so that when guests make last minute changes to a stay (or submit an alteration request via Airbnb), their rental agreement accurately reflects their new guest count or pet count.
