Owner statement - Calendar month first to last - formulas not calculating correctly for cross month reservations

When choosing calendar as a trigger point i.e. Jan 1 to Jan 31 there is an issue for for reservations that go across 2 months i.e. Dec 27 to Jan 2 and Jan 30 to Feb 2.

Nightly rate or Property manager commission should be remain untouched by calendar event type i.e. 15% (it suddenly become 2.%). 

It’s not reflecting correctly for reservations that go across 2 months. 

Please assist.
