List properties per building, and/or per neighborhood

We need the ability to list the listings per building, so that guests can look per building instead of "all listings", or per # bedrooms 

If I tag my properties with the building's name or a neighborhood, how come guests cannot select per building name or neighborhood when they are on the booking page? They could book more than one listing at one.

Additionally, we need guests to be able to book several units in the same reservation.
