Varying Auto-Charge Rules

I collect payments following along with the cancellation policy. $100 deposit at booking, 50% at 60-days before check-in, and the remainder at 30-days before check-in. When someone books 61+ days out from check in it works great.

The problem is when a guest books within 30-days from check-in, it almost always gets marked as fraud, since all three transactions happen in the same moment. 

I need a different set up for auto payments rules, based on how far the guest is from check in.

For example, I'd like to charge them 100% of the reservation if they're within 30-days from check-in since that's the nonrefundable portion at that point. 

Both rules would apply to all listings and all platforms, but vary based on when they check in.

  The current workaround - don't do 50 / 50. We do 49.75 / 50.25% charges, so they don't get flagged as duplicates or fraud. Dumb that we have to do it that way but it is what it is.
