Automated keyword-based response

Hear me out because this will drastically improve a lot of businesses.

As short term rental owners, we often get similar questions asked across the board, and responding to these could be quite tedious... So airbnb and host away solve this by having Message templates that you can quickly use to reply.. what i'm suggesting is taking it one step further, Keyword based responses...

I currently migrated from another CM that uses this and it has shaved me and my clients hours in our business. An automated response that you create, when a guest sends a message with certain keywords, 

Why is this more useful than message templates ? Simple, message templates still require your manual input to hit send. What if the message comes in at 3 am and you are in dream land ? there is no way to respond. where as if you have an automated response, you could alleviate to the tune of 80 percent of your manual or templated responses.
