Show full currency name on the booking engine listings

We are asking to instead of showing $ for united states dollar, show USD or US Dollars or $ USD. Canadians often mix up and think its CAD and so do Mexicans as in Mexico the $ is also used to refer to Mexican pesos. 

We asked this about a year ago and are still waiting for this to be implemented.
