Product Feature Request: Manual Control Over Future Calendar Openings

Feature Request:
Currently, Hostaway automatically opens the calendar for bookings up to 2 years in advance. We request an option that allows property managers to manually open future dates instead of the system automatically making them available.  

Use Case & Benefits:
- Provides better control over availability, ensuring only approved dates are open.  
- Prevents accidental bookings that may conflict with future pricing strategies, property availability or operational changes.  
- Reduces the risk of double bookings or rate inconsistencies when managing multiple platforms.  

Suggested Implementation:
- A toggle setting to enable/disable automatic future date openings.  
- An option to open dates manually via bulk selection.  
- If automatic opening is disabled, dates remain closed until manually opened by the host.  

This feature would greatly benefit property managers who want to maintain flexibility and strategic control over their availability.

  This would also help with our issue too as

  Hostaway ignores any closed settings for dates past the calendar open period and opens them up anyway.  We do get people booking this far in advance.  If we say a listing is closed it should not override our settings.  Closed means we are closed on those dates no matter if the calendar booking period is currently open in Hostaway or not.  This creates a continuous battle for our staff to try and prevent a booking happening twelve months in advance.  

  We have properties which are only permitted to have guests for a set number of days a year based on the date when the local government approval was received (dates are not even uniform across our properties).   The number of days permitted could be 90, 180, 240 or 365 days over the year period.  We don't have to worry about 365, but the rest we do  and given this scenario, many owners what to maximize their income over the year with by only being open for bookings on certain dates (mainly peak dates).

  If we could define the property booking window ourselves, we would have better controls over closing out dates and would be so much easier to manage.
