Individual Scheduled / Automated message
I think it would be a great feature to be able to set up a scheduled message on a per-guest basis. Certain messages (e.g. guidance for bringing a pet) are not relevant for all bookings at a property, just specific bookings.
Currently the only option is to diarise this and send manually. It would be great to be able to add this in with the other scheduled messages I have for that guest.

There is a way around this, unfortunately Hostaway does not allow you set a trigger based on your pet setting in the booking itself. What you could do is create a custom field called pet-message with a YES/NO answer. For bookings that have pets, just go to this custom field and change to YES. Create an email automation with a trigger to look for pet-email equal to YES and then the message will be sent out when its due to be sent
