Enhanced Task Search, Filtering, and Group Permissions
1. Missing Task Search Function in the Web Version
Currently, there is no option to search for tasks in the web version—this feature is only available in the app. Adding a search function in the web version would significantly improve task management and efficiency.
2. Improved Filtering for Auto-Tasks
There is no way to filter auto-tasks efficiently. Implementing a filtering option based on keywords or assigned users would make it much easier to organize and manage automated tasks.
3. Group-Based Supervisor Assignment
At the moment, only a single team member can be assigned as a supervisor for a task group. It should be possible to assign an entire group as a supervisor. For example, the "Guest Service" team needs access to cleaning tasks to check their status. Right now, this is only possible by assigning one individual as a supervisor, but this should be extended to multiple team members.
4. Missing Cleaning Status in the App
There is still no way to see the cleaning status of an apartment within the app. As a result, the team does not know whether an apartment has already been cleaned. Adding a cleaning status display in the app would greatly improve workflow and coordination.
