Transmission of Payment Service Processing Fees via Charge Automation

Currently, the processing fees from the payment service are not transmitted to the bookings and are therefore missing in the accounting. I request an enhancement that ensures these fees are automatically included in the booking data to provide accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.

  I contacted charge automation and they say fees can imported as follows: 
  
  

  "You might need to configure integration settings, ensure your PMS (Hostaway) supports these fee breakdowns, and possibly automate them through API calls or custom fields within the reservation system.

   

  I recommend reaching out to Hostaway to see if this can be set up for automatic fee allocation for each reservation."
