Owner Information
We are a holiday home owner and our Property Manager recently started using Hostaway. As a property owner it would be very helpful to receive email notifications of bookings (and cancellations) as well as being able to see the financial information related to bookings to help with cashflow forecasting.
Currently the only way we can see if there have been new bookings is to log into the App daily to see if there have been any new bookings.
We have no way of estimating the potential income from bookings apart from having a ballpark idea based on the agreed nightly rates but this changes depending on the season and local demand so we currently have no way to forecast our monthly revenue until we receive the payment for rent which is often a week after the end of the month.
Our previous property manager was able to provide all this information but we have been told this isn't something that can be done with Hostaways platform.
