Owner statement: Enhancing Owner Communication with a Free Text Area

I recommend adding a free text area to the owner's statement report for important updates from us, the PMC, to the asset owner.

This would greatly improve communication and ensure a clear record of key updates. Currently, I send these updates manually via WhatsApp or email with the statement attached.
