UPSELL RECEIPT TO GUEST
Can there be a way for an automated message to be sent to the guest if they purchase an upsell? Or a receipt to be sent?
One of our upsells is pool and hot tub heat. The guests need instructions and a code, but ONLY if they purchase. Having to manually see if they purchased and then send a message is inconvenient and inefficient.
I would assume a receipt at minimum would make sense if a guest purchased an upsell. If we could edit the receipt to have instructions that would be helpful.
