Also need RevPAN, pet fees

We need better reports.  RevPAN is a fundamental KPI and I don't understand why Hostaway doesn't provide a way to report on it.  Also, the Financial Settings area is confusing, even misleading.  For example, if you want to define rentalRevenue as baseRate for all bookings with status 'confirmed', which sounds to me like a good idea, you'd check the box that says 'apply only to specific statuses'  and choose 'confirmed' from the drop down - but then the formula returns zero for Rental Income.  Which suggests to me anyway that if you uncheck that box, Rental Income pulls from reservations of any status, including inquiries and cancellations.
