Allow Message Templates to be sent via email on all channels
All message templates to be created and sent via email (instead of the channel or SMS). We have constant issues with guest being able to open our guest portal through VRBO. We have to manually send it to them via email. Ideally, I would like it to automatically go to them via email so we don't have to do the manual work.

This is a must. Some platforms block links even after the guest has booked. VRBO and Booking.com are issues.
