Access to multiple calendars with one email
Currently, an email address can only be associated with one Hostaway account. This limitation makes it challenging for cleaners and other service providers who have multiple clients using Hostaway, as they cannot access multiple calendars with a single email address.
It would be incredibly helpful if an email account could be connected to multiple Hostaway accounts. This functionality would streamline operations for cleaning companies and other professionals managing schedules across multiple properties.

We also work with cleaning companies whose clients also use Hostaway, same issue. We should not have to ask them to create an email alias to get around the issue of only being able to use an email address once on Hostaway. At least using aliases keeps their notifications in the one email mailbox.
I also support multiple clients using Hostaway and having to constantly log into other client environments with different email addresses. It's annoying when I know that other systems allow you to just login with one account and switch between clients from the one login.
