Notifications for automated messages needs improvement
I recently switched from another PMS to Hostaway and am finding some basic things lacking that help with managing my properties. I have notifications for my automated messages turned on, however, the notification I receive on the desktop AND on the phone is very generic and basically not very helpful. Basically, all it does is tell me that an automated message was sent but not WHICH specific automated message was sent.
Here is a sample of a notification of an automated message on the desktop which is similiar to what shows up on the App:
New automated message was sent for "John Smith" [2025-01-18 to 2025-01-21] for listing "Bearfoot Splash" 346221
This message is not very helpful. The way to make this notification actually useful is to have your programmers, put the name of the automated message in this notification. This way it would look something like this:
Automated Message "Day After Check-In" was sent for "John Smith" [2025-01-18 to 2025-01-21] for listing "Bearfoot Splash" 346221
That should be very easy to do and would provide hosts with information that is helpful without having to dig deeper to find out WHAT automated message were actually sent.
