    I agree with this - the cleaning companies are getting the notifications and have no idea what has changed so they are having to go over the booking to try and find the change as the notification does not tell you what has changed. 

    They get notifications when we change a custom field as well and in 99% of the time they don't need this notification as its not related to the cleaning.  We need better controls over the notifications including who gets what notifications.

    We can also update a reservation after the guest has checked out and clean is done but the cleaner gets the notifications and they keep asking us to stop these messages but we need to make the change in the reservation and have no control over the notification

    Have you seen the notification settings?  There is quite a bit of detail in who is notified when.

    Yes I have and we don't have the ability to control these particular events to the level needed
