Feature Request for GuestPortal Enhancements

1. Review Tracking for Stayed Guests: Add a feature to store guest reviews that we give about their stay, allowing us to track how stayed guests did.

2. Guest Tagging and Filtering: Introduce a filtering option where we can add guest names and tag them as "bad guests or blacklisted guest," enabling us to identify and avoid booking with them in the future.

3. ID Storage: Provide a secure space to store copies of guest IDs for record-keeping and verification purposes. Especially for blacklisted guest we list.

These enhancements would significantly streamline guest management and improve operational efficiency.

  I agree with all of the above and I'd also add a way to filter by channel to avoid the email address a channel like airbnb or booking_com provides.  This addition would help make finding data in the guestbook easier and more efficient.
