🚨 New Feature Suggestion for Hostaway 🚨

As a host, maintaining high reply scores is crucial – but sometimes, especially during the night, we can’t always respond right away. What if Hostaway could introduce a new feature that allows us to activate an out-of-office / auto-reply function during off hours?

Here’s the idea: Activate an auto-reply that lets guests know their message has been received, and that you’ll respond as soon as possible. This would ensure you maintain excellent reply rates without the pressure of immediate responses during late hours.

  This would be an incredibly helpful feature to have.  We had this functionality with Guesty and it would be really nice to see it here on Hostaway!!!
