Booking Engine Search Result Suggestions

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

AI suggestions for altering guest stay parameters in the booking engine. 

2.) What problem would this solve for you?

When a guest searches on the booking engine, for example, if they choose the wrong number of nights, or check-in dates that aren't available, the booking engine returns a "No results" prompt. This isn't helpful and conducive to making the sale.

If someone calls me on the phone and I don't have the dates I can suggest alternative dates. AirBNB we all know has a booking options that says +/- 2 days, +/- 3 days etc to get users closer to the sale. Without this some users may not be this savvy and will move on to the next property incorrectly thinking you don't have availability.

This day and age we can expect way smarter solutions to help us make the final sale. Instead of saying "No results" could Hostaway implement AI or other customizable prompts that could suggest to the guest inquiry something more helpful so we can make the sale. For example: "Try changing your stay to 2 nights" or "Check-in on 12/23-12/26 is available in X property". 

Something, anything other than "No results." At a min, let Hosts choose what that response language is for "No response." I'd prefer it said "Try your search with at least 2 nights stay or change the check-in date to see availability." Or even "Feel free to call us and see if your date is available." That is what I did with my previous CMS and at least I get to speak to potential customers and attempt to make the sale. 

3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

There is no workaround because users aren't given access to customize these prompts. This needs a serious and quick solution that should be prioritized with dev as the fundamental business revolves around this booking engine!
