Scheduled message interruption
It would be useful to have an option to interrupt the first scheduled message if the user manually sends a message first. For example:
New inquiry comes in. The auto message scheduled says “thanks for your inquiry, I’ll get back to you!” And will auto-send 10 minutes after the inquiry. I respond in 7 minutes with a specific response to the inquiry. Because of this, the auto message at 10 minutes does not send
It would make sense to make this a feature of a scheduled message that you can toggle on/off
