Unread/unresponded message reminder

It would be good to have a notification sent if a new message remains unread/unresponded after 24hrs

  What a GREAT idea! We miss messages all the time. I would say that the 24hrs trigger that you suggested, Mike (OP), should instead be a variable amount of time that we can set to whatever we want. Personally, I'd set it to 10 minutes. It would be good if that notification happens over and over again (waiting the same X amount of time in between) until the message is read or responded to.

  Also, Mike, remember you can upvote your own suggestion. The way Hostaway uses these feature requests is that they sort by which have the most upvotes and consider implementing those. The way to upvote is by clicking the small up arrow UNDER the Follow button. You'll see there's an up arrow and a down arrow to up-vote and down-vote.
