Message automation rules

Hi! Currently it is not possible to have an condition for a message automation where the message is sent only if there is a check-out for the customer at the same day. We have check-out cleanings and would like to have an automation where we send an email for the customer 24hours prior to arrival asking how they'd like to have their beds but only if there is a check-out at the same day.
