Expenses & extras

Hi! I would like to make automated expenses for reservations. Such as automatically a certain listing would have a linens fee of 7 euros per guest. And some other listing would have an automated linens fee of 10 euros per guest and so on. Same for maintenance cleaning, hosting fee etc.

How can we do this without a need to use tasks?
