Email/Text Cleaners Day of Homes Checking Out
1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?
I would like to automate an email that pulls the next day's checkouts to email to the cleaners in the morning. I would also like the system to update if a guest is checking in early or checking out late. (example: changing the color if the set time is before check-in time)
2.) What problem would this solve for you?
It would allow my cleaners to easily double-check the homes they are cleaning for that day, in case they missed a last-minute booking. The colors would also help us to easily identify if a guest had an early check-in or late check out
3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?
I have to write an email to the cleaners every night letting them know what homes are checking out the next day. For early check in's and late check-outs, I add a host note. However, the host note is not easily viewable on mobile so you have to click on every reservation to see which guests have early check ins

We use Turno but there are other programs like Breezeway too for managing cleaners. They integrate with Hostaway if you're looking for an immediate solution.
