Monthly and YEarly Target or Budget for each property

 We do have properties o Subleasing also all owners are interested to see a dashboard where they can compare monthly targets vs annual (ana annual forecast that we predict for them based the market annual renting. Now we always have to do on excel. Also it would be god to include in same dashboard an option to share an annual forecast to new owners from the similar property history
