Map Filtering Functionality | Streamline Messaging Threads | Editing Automation Settings | Attach Photos to Automation Messages

I hope this message finds you well. I’d like to submit a few feature requests that would greatly enhance the usability of the platform for our team:

1. Map Filtering Functionality:

   • It would be incredibly helpful to have a map view feature that allows filtering properties based on location, price, availability, and other criteria. This would make navigating and managing multiple properties much more efficient.

2. Streamline Messaging Threads:

   • Currently, when a guest sends an inquiry and later decides to book, a new message thread is created. This results in two threads for the same guest in Hostaway, even though only one thread appears on connected platforms like Airbnb or VRBO. It would be great if Hostaway could consolidate these into a single thread for clarity.

3. Editing Automation Settings:

   • While we can edit automation templates, there’s no way to adjust the time and dates without creating an entirely new automation. Adding an option to edit the existing schedule would save a lot of time and reduce redundancy.

4. Attach Photos to Automation Messages:

   • Some of our automated messages would benefit from the ability to include photo attachments, as these can provide valuable references for our guests.
