Email triggers to the company plus VIP and Blacklist guests
There are 2 items we want.
First the option to email the office or ourselves without having the guests involved at all.
For instance we would like to email our maintenance team when guests have checked out so they can get updates on their work schedules, or notified to shut off ac units, pool heaters/ water features and the like.
Secondly we would like the ability to identify and create a list of black listed guests, and V.I.P. guests, and the ability to message the office any time someone on the black list or vip list makes a booking.
So far we can find no way to do either of these things, and they were features we miss greatly that we used to have.
