Custom Amenitites

I've been asked to raise a product feature request about having custom amenities on the website. These amenities have URL parameters that I would like to link to from my website, for example, 'Air Conditioning' adds the amenities=4 to the URL. 

I would like to add custom amenities, like 'Guest Favourite', 'Family Friendly' (rather than use 'Suitable for Children/Infants') and 'Beach Nearby'.
