Handle cancellations of relocated bookings

Hostaway has the convenient feature to relocate a booking from one listing to another.

However if this feature is used and the underlying booking is cancelled in the channel, it is not cancelled in hostaway.

For us this is significant enough that we only use the relocation feature as absolute last resort - as its very easy to have a cancellation and not notice and then your inventory is blocked.

  There is also the issue that once a booking is moved from one listing to another in hostaway the automations (messages) don't really work anymore.
