Fix $$ fields when Booking.com listing mapped when reservations already exist

When booking.com listings are linked to hostaway, if reservations already exist in hostaway the $$ related fields do not come through correctly. In particular:

The financial fields section are correct - include a cleaning fee and the channel fee
In the guest section the TotalPrice field is incorrect - it does not include the cleaning fee
Similarly in the payment section the total payment due does not include the cleaning fee.

This does not occur for reservations that are booked after the listing is mapped.

Whilst it may sound rare, the first thing support suggests when there is any glitch with a mapping is to unmap and remap it, so remapping is not particularly rare.

This is a high severity error as without manual intervention the guest will be charged too low a price, yet owner reports will be based on the true total.

It would appear fixable, as whilst the booking.com data is clearly present in a different form, you have all the relevant data in the financial fields section.
