Length of Stay Discounts AIRBNB
Hostaway does not have this feature from airbnb and removes when I sync.
There needs to be this option in the discounts area! This is an essential tool that I had no idea would not work when I transfered to hostaway!

AGREED 100%!!!
You can use rule sets but even that seems clunky as you cannot add to all dates (that i've found yet). it also doesn't allow discounts for longer than a month unfortunately. i like to give higher disconts to guests booking 8 weeks and 12 weeks and the rule sets don't allow this. maybe there is something i'm missing but certainly not happy with this lack of functionality

Have you tried: Edit listing - Price & Fees - to the right of the copy button it is defaulted to fees but you can select discounts next to it.

The issue with that discount section is two-fold for us:
1. It only allows weekly & monthly - Airbnb & BDC allow more granular e.g. 3 night discount or 2 month discount
2. It forces the discount to be the same for all channels. Especially because of 1 we don't want it to be the same.

Same. I am considering leaving @hostaway due to this critical miss. I am losing out business to local competitors. And @hostaway's response time to many of our feature requests is not cutting it.

Has there been any progress on this? If not, I'm with you Zachary, losing biz is the exact opposite of why we came to HA anyway!!!! Grrrrr.....

This is unacceptable, it needs to be channel specific.
I could do this with my much cheaper PMS before I moved to HA.0
