Add King Single and Super King to Bed Types

Hi, 

Could you please add 'King Single' and 'Super King' to the list of bed types? 

We are currently choosing the next size down because the correct options are not available.

This would hopefully be a simple change for you that would make our set-ups easier and our listings more accurate.
