In App Reservation: Guest Name/Automations
Hi there,
When we add a new reservation on the app, the auto messages don’t include the guests first name. It just says “Hi ,” Looking at the reservations on our computer it looks like there needs to be separate entries on First and Last Name added for the app.
We do a lot of work on the go and it’s hard to remember to go back and add the names when we are back on the office. See attached screen shots. I’d love to see this change made as it would tremendously help our workflow.
