Adding extra conditions to schedule tasks

I would like to be able to see in the tasks starting today which units are just checking out, which are just checking in, and which ones are checking out + checking in.

We have slightly different tasks for when people check out (cleaning, doing the bed, etc.) and when check in (adding personal gift, etc.). I would like to summarize to our cleaning staff which rooms just need cleaning (just check out), which ones were cleaned before and just need the personal gift (just check-in), and which ones are checking out + checking in on the same day.
With the current conditions and filters I'm not able to add extra conditions to see which type of tasks I need to assign. For example: I would like to create a task (only check out - cleaning) that checks if there is a check out today and no check ins on the same day. Another task (just check-in - visual check & placing the gift in the room) that is applicable if we have a check in that day, but no check out on the same day. Finally, another task (check out + check in) to do the cleaning + the personal gift if we have a check out and check in on the same day.
In summary I'd like to visualize in today's tasks three types of tasks: rooms checking out, rooms checking in, and rooms with check out + check in

  The task management in the Admin account needs improvement. As the Admin, I can see all tasks, but the filtering options are very limited.

  1. Search Functionality: Add a search feature for the desktop version, similar to what is available in the app.
  2. Group Task Search: Enable searching for tasks assigned to specific groups, as I sometimes act as a backup for colleagues on vacation.
  3. Task Access for Admin: Provide the ability for Admins to access and take over tasks from any group.

  Automated Tasks: Set up auto-scheduled tasks at regular intervals, independent of bookings, but scheduled on dates when the apartment is unoccupied. This would be useful for recurring tasks like descaling coffee machines, vacuum maintenance, air conditioning servicing, pest control, etc.
