Vacant Status of property

1.) What is the idea/improvement you'd like to see implemented?

I'd like to see the portion of showing if the guest has vacated the property.

We are integrated with AIPEX, where the guest lets the Echo device know that they have checked out. We get a text from them. I'd love to have the same info (house is vacant) communicated to my cleaners, similar to how the cleaning checkout being completed changes the clean/dirty status of the listing.

2.) What problem would this solve for you?

It would let my cleaners know that they can start cleaning.

3.) What are you currently doing to work around this issue?

Cleaners are assuming that guests leave at check-out time. Unless I manually let them know that there is a late check-out or early check-out
