Associate who did the cleaning task with the expense created

1.) I'd like to see a way to associate who did the cleaning task with the expense created off of that task. 

2.) Weekly keeping track of how much I owe each cleaner. 

3.) I am currently just manually doing it for each cleaning.  Would love a way to make it easier each week.
